Commitments
With an understanding that the School Committee sets the overall tone for the Weston school community, if I'm elected, I commit that my service will be guided by the following principles:
- I’ll strive to work well with other committee members and support the committee’s official positions.
- I’ll serve the needs of all students, regardless of their backgrounds or abilities.
- I’ll build stronger relationships between the schools and our town’s residents.
- I’ll act with professionalism and discretion and respect diverse points of view.
- I’ll become well versed in our district’s policies and plans, as well as its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- I’ll invest the time required for meetings, discussions, school visits and other responsibilities.
